2. Carefully pour boiling water over the sugar. (Get an adult to help).
3. Add citric acid , oranges , lemons and flowers.
4. Leave in a cool place for 24 hours , stirring occasionally.
5. strain through a muslin and bottle
6. mix with water and enjoy this

Apple Chutney
On Thursday 23rd October 2008 we made some classic apple chutney it was great to make but, it stank when we poured in 2 whole bottles of vinegar, most of us went outside but, we came in again and then with the onions most of our eyes started to water really badly, but, we got through it and the chutney came out in one piece.
Ingredients
1½kg Cooking Apples
750g Sugar
500g Raisins
2 x Medium Onions
2 tsp Ground Ginger
1 tsp Salt
700ml Cider Vinegar
